Harassement of customers by railway staff

I wanted to book a motor cycle from ambala to bangalore at ambala on 23/07/10. I sent all the required documents in original and asked for booking to my friend (Registration certificate of motor cycle, insurance, photoid ie Pan Card). He showed all the documents asked by the booking clerk but he outrightly denied first that motor cycle cannot be booked unless otherwise the owner of the motorcycle is present in front of him to book the vehicle. I had to travel from rajpura which is 50 kms from ambala to book the vehicle. When I approached him for booking the vehicle he denied booking giving reason that there is no direct train from ambala to bangalore. Luckily I had counterfoil of previous booking (three months back) which i produced to him showing that there is no need for direct train to book a luggage including bike. Then he agreed to book but he made me to sit there for atleast 2 hours before starting the booking. After writing the chellan he inspected the bike and told that the address was not written in bold letters on a big metal plate which should be visible from atleast 10 meters from the bike

(though the address was written on a metal plate in bold letters with permanent marker). Again he made me to wait for another one and half hour before he booked the luggage. The booking clerk wanted bribe money which i denied to pay when i contacted him for booking. I hope necessary action will be taken to remove such weeds from the government organisations for better service of the common man.
