Hi,
I have paid the advance token amount of Rs 10, 000 to book RITZ Zxi car on July 3rd 2010 to the dealer. The dealer communicated the car will be delivered maximum in a month. After some time the dealer has called me and said that if I can raise the Invoice before july 31st (Aadi Sale), I will get Rs 3000 extra benefit. During the payment time (July 28th) he has communicated that the Car is already in transit and can arrive any time soon. After that there was no communication from the dealer about the status of the vehicle. I got the money from bank and a private party. I am paying the interest for the amount to both the parties without the Car. I have escalated the issue to the manager and i did not see any improvement. I don't know how many customers are suffering like this.
