Courier still not delivered

HI,

Myself, Ankur Mathur, I had courier to my brother-in-law who is staying at Singapore through GPO POST OFFICE at Indore on 3rd August. But my brother-in-law has not received till now.i have chased them up but of no use. Any help would be appreciated.
