I owns Mahindra Logan. I have a CNG kit in my logan. There is some problem in CNG so it was not working. I went to CNG automobiles who fit the CNG kit. They checked everything and told me that "O2 Sensor" and "TPS sensor" is not working properly. They are not showing proper reading as they should. SO asked me to go to company showroom and resolve that issue.
It was working fine in Petrol but have a problem in O2 sensor and TPS sensor settings. I went to Punjab Automobiles, S.G Highway, Ahmedabad to check the same. They create a job card with 2300Rs estimation and ask me to give my car. I drop the car there on Saturday 22nd Sep 2012. They told me that I will get it on Monday. I did not receive any response on Monday. I called them on Tuesday and they told me that it is in washing and will be ready soon and call me once it is ready. I did not get a call on Tuesday. I called them again at evening and they told me it is ready but washing is remaining. You can come for washing later if you want to take car now. I told him that please get the washing work done and than I will come to take.
They said okay tomorrow @12pm it will be ready. So Wednesday, I called them and ask for the same. They said it will be ready by 3pm. I called again @3 and they said come at 5 or 6pm. And finally I got it @6pm. They charge me 3000Rs and never ask me that it will cost you more than 2300Rs estimation. They even dont care to call me and take confirmation. They said, everything is done and working correct in petrol.
Today morning I went to CNG automobiles. They told me O2 sensor work is not yet done in petrol. CNG wiring is totally out and they checked in Petrol only by connecting Laptop and multimeter. I called to Punjab Automobiles and ask him that you have not done work for O2 sensor. Still it is not done properly. They even dont care to call me and I was keep calling them. They said, I dont know about O2 sensor. Need to check. I will call you after 10 min. No response after 15 or 20 mins. I called again and again. After 2 hours of such discussion, they said we have done the work and it was working. We cant guarantee in CNG. I told him, there is no wiring with CNG. IN petrol only it is not working. But they said, no one can check that it is working or not. Only we have program which shows correct reading and we have checked it and it was working.
Punjab Automobiles always cheat with the customer like this. When I went for service last time, they stole my jack and put old jack which was not working. When i complain they gave me back my jack.
This time also, they gave me estimation of 2300Rs and charge me 3000Rs. and still no work done for O2 sensor. I was in front of CNG worker. He did not connect any CNG wiring. He just check with laptop and multimeter for O2 sensor. and shows me that it is not correct. He even show me to different cars what should be the correct.
I told to Punjab Automobiles to give my money back if they dont have trained workers to work on. Why they charge me? Or I told him to send the Worker to my place and I will pay his full month salary if it is working fine. They do not agree. I ask him, I will come there and we will check. If it is working fine, I will went away. But if it is not, than you have to pay my money back or give me charge for the cost I spent. They are not agree with either case.
All in one, problem is not solved for O2 sensor, they charged me and now they become King.
