Sub: Unsatisfied service and response from your dealer, LANDMARK HONDA,
S.G.Highway, Ahmedabad.
With reference to above I would draw your attention that I have Honda Jazz
Car having registration no. G.J.18-AM-8007. While I am going to Kalol from
Ahmedabad by my car on 5th December around 7.30 pm, suddenly in a
running car some wiring problems occurred and wiring of my car totally
fired at the place and so many people gathered there and show it which
adversely impact on reputation of your company.
I informed to your dealer landmark Honda and they took my car by Crain to
their service station at the same time. On 6th December, I contacted to the
manager and explain the same matter and requested him to do needful. But
the manager of your showroom did not give me satisfied answer. I left my
car there to solve the problem and to repair the same.
I regret to inform you that till date your manager has not given me a
positive response for the same so please you requested to take the matter
in your attention and take necessary action for the same. Please do needful
for the same and provide me satisfactory service.
I also further informed you that I am servicing my car regularly at the
same place. *While Servicing I also informed and requested to your dealer
to take proper attention for wiring problem of my car since last* *18 months
*. But your dealer has not taken due care for the same and because of
mistake of your dealer I have to suffered this problem. If your dealer has
taken due care for the same while servicing my car I would not suffer the
same problem and reputation of your company also not adversely impact.
You are requested to needful for the same. I hope for quick and positive
response from you.
