I bought my Honda CB Unicorn in the month of August 2012 from Maansarovar Honda, Velachery, Chennai. Since the time of first service I am complaining about the vibration issues and they agreed that but not repaired properly. Now after 4 months they replaced Clutch Bell and asking for charges for the component. During this time I gave my vehicle 5 times in 4 months and every time complained about the issue.
I have opted for Extended warranty also, but as per them this is not covered in warranty. But how come the new vehicle will be having such issues and also chargeable to customer?
I have contacted the manufacturer from the Honda site, but not getting proper response.
