Dear Sir/Madam,
I Traveled from Delhi to Kochi as per below Details. I found that one of the check in baggage was missing when I landed in Kochi
Flight No. : 6E-317 DT. 24-12-12
PNR: HW3YCH
MISSING LUGGAGE NUMBER: 6E031232553
Baggage description: Samsonite, Grey, Hard Shell, Cabin Stroley size.
On arrival at Kochi my bag was not found. The ground staff filed a PIR (Copy attached)
Ground staff at kochi Mr. Bineesh- 09846722728, Mr Sunil- 09847425409. They have been unable to trace the luggage so far
It has been 24 hours since i handed the luggage in Delhi and still it is not traceble.
Kindly look into the matter and respond immediately.
