Poor after sales service

Hi,

I purchased Honda Brio car (Rallye Red) in May' 12 from Capital Honda (Aadit Auto company, Meenambakkam, Chennai). My car's left side mirror got broke during the month of November. Since then I have been following up with the dealer for a mirror assembly without any result. I have made innumereable calls to the dealer from the month of november and everytime their answers would be "I will check and call you back" but nobody will call back and i'll be forced to follow up again. Also when I tried calling Honda helpline (1800 113 121) nobody answers the call.

If Honda is not able to manufucature or supply sufficient spare parts why launch a car in the first place.

This is the worst customer service I have experienced from any manufacturer/dealer till date.

I will certainly not recommend a honda product to any of my known people purely because of their callous attitude towards their customers.

For people who read this "please think before you invest on honda"
