Engine oil leakage

Hi,

I had purchased TVS Wego in the month of May. First one year everything was good but since last 3-4 months bikes performance is gone down drastically.

1) Engine oil leakage started and couple of rounds to authorized service station also not helped issue still persists

2) Mileage never crossed 40 KMPH since purchase

3) Service quality is pathetic and not customer friendly

can someone please help me to overcome from above problems?
