Wrong information and recoard showing in my cibil report

Dear sir,

My self Prashant kumar, s/o sri. v saw, address- e 514 ashok gali jagjit nagar delhi.

This very regret experience that recent i applied for home loan and while checking civil record i seen wrong information and record in my cibil report.

There are auto loan and wrong credit card record is mention there in fact these records are wrong according to me.

Even my date of birth is wrong mention in my cibil record. My original date of birth is 30-o4-1983 (same mention in my pan card also). But in cibil records its wrong,

Because of these all i am getting various problem and mentally harassment.

Hope you can understand my problem. Please correct my cibil records.
