Dear Sir/Madam,
Iam a regular customer of IBP Petroleum since 5 years and every time whenever i am filling petrol from the IBP Pump at Angilamoodu near sathamcotta in kollam dist lic KL/14/1390 they are reluctant to check air and since one year the same is repeating. Sir i had a telephonic conversation to the above said problem to the field officer Mr TITTO JOSE Telephone no 09447498241 couple of months ago and he promise me that he received the same complaints from large number and the problem will be solved within 15 days and till today the same is not solved. I am wondering why he is not taking action against the pump for not repairing the AIR CHECKING system. Being a reputed company like IBP this will spoil companys name, reputation and moreover business. The behavior of staffs working in the same petrol pump is so bad and they are arguing with us telling that if u want to fill petrol u fill otherwise get lost here no air checking nothing whatever u want to do u do it. Sir this is not fair from them and please make necessary steps for solving the same and i am expecting an early reply from you to my email
