I had booked AI flight no. 9808 from jabalpur to delhi through cleartrip.com. As my final destination was chandigarh, acd the above flight was scheduled to reach delhi at 14:55, i booked Go- Air flight no G8-144 scheduled to depart at 17:40 hrs (Trip ID 1105252402). My flight to delhi was delayed by 3 hrs and reached delhi at 18:45 hrs and I could not catch the next flight so I got it cancelled. I went to New delhi through metro (Rs. 80/), then ISBT and took volvo bus (fare Rs 475) for chandigarh. As per cleartrip terms and conditions, Rs. 1050 have been deducted from my refund amount. I request you to ask Air India to pay me this amount (Rs. 80 475 1050=Rs.1605/) as i was harrassed by the delay in flight. Also, upto 15:00 hr, the AI call center was giving the status of the flight as "on time" while jabalpur airport no. of Air India were no reply. When i insisted on lodging a complaint, the staff at jabalpur airport refused to take any complaint and asked me to lodge it online.
I have requested Air India compensate me suitably for the inconvenience caused to me through online complaint on airindia.in and the reference number given to me is 20110613153723 .
