Cancellation of flight

We had booked ticket of Air Flight (AI-9502) in name of Sameer Naik and Priya Bambardekar on 14th December at 12:05 pm from Cochin to Agatti Island.

During check in time on 14th December we were informed by duty officer that we cannot board the flight as the flight of 13th december had got cancelled therefore passenger of 13th were taken on our flight of 14th December.

Due to your cancellation of flight we were forced to cancel our booking to Agatti Island resort on 14th December for which we had paid Rs 16000 which was not refunded to us by the hotel. Further uncertainity of your flight schedules forced us to Cancel our connecting Jet Airways flight on 16th December at 4:00 p m and re-book Jet Airways connecting ticket to Mumbai on 17th December for which we had to pay additional amount of Rs 12000 to Jet Airways.

Therefore you are requested us to Compensate us for Rs 50, 000 for our loss as well as mental pressure caused due to ur mismanagement of flights.

Please find attached necessary documents for your perusal.

Request your immediate action and reply to this letter to avoid further litigation.
