Flight cancelled but no full refund

Sub: Ticket cacellation Refund amount

Dear Sir,

This has reference to the above mentioned subject and the PNR IX10515774. The above mentioned tickets were made for Kochi-Delhi for journry on 29 th Aug. Later the flight was cancelled due to one inident happened on runway on that day and airport was closed for that day.

I have booked ticket online so i was told by customer care pleases cancel your ticket online you will get full amount refund. i did so but i received only 2883 Rs. whereas the full amount was 4533 Rs.

Request you to help me to get remaining amount.
