Dear Sir /Madam,
I had booked Air India Express ticket from Dubai - Mangalore -Dubai online, on 11th November due to the technical problem in Air India express web site the money is deducted from my credit card but i did not receive the ticket, i have sent several email's requesting refunding my money to my credit card, but till now nothing is happened, all my email left anaswered, kindly advise to whom I can escalate this mater
