I Mr Samrat Sarkar had a problem while traveling in Em rites Airlines, While flying from Mumbai to Dubai an Dubai to Capetown on 16th of April the flight got delayed by 1 day, i missed my connecting flight in Dubai, had to wait in dubai for 9hrs, while arriving in Capetown i Lost my Baggage, i had to spend 1oo dollars for my traveling.

I had lost my Patient, coz got delayed by 2 days.

Want to handle this case asap.
