No action taken towards the problem since" first service"

Dear Sir/Mam

I am Abhay Kashyap from Dehra Dun. I have a severe problems with the employees in Dehradun. After buying my Honda Aviator after fifteen days it started hiving a harsh sound. I took my Aviator for first service and told them about the problem, but no action was taken. This my fourth service, till now no action is taken they say that "we dont no what has happen we cant do anything". Unfortunately i have to complain here expecting some action will be taken here. Thank you for your consideration.
