My name is Mr Gopinatha Panicker. I have purchased Activa on 09 Sep 2009 from above showroom. I was given for servicing time to time as above service station. Details as given servicing with date as follows- 1st svc- 03 oct 09, 2nd- 17 Nov 3rd- 4 feb 4th- 19 May. In addidion company given loyality package also used for the servicing that details also i am mentioning.. ist svc- 12 oct 2nd- 17 feb 11, 3rd- 31st may iv th- 27 aug 5th- 15 dec and last i have given for servicing as on 21 Feb. In that service the above service station telling that their is problem with engine why because u r running without oil. Now u can think that how this service station is working... Now question is that Is this service station doing proper check up? I am giving as sequencely to the above service station for servicing. now they r saying that ur engine is failed due to improper oil. They r not doing proper oiling and that's way this think is happend. Due to this i am facing lot of problem. I am requesting you to give proper answer after checking up my data otherwise i have to file this complaint to consumer court. Atlast i hope that u will take positive decession as earliest..
