Cheated while Car buying

Hello,

I have been cheated by Kundan Hyundai, Pune. I was told by manager of Kundan Hyundai bavdhan, Pune showroom, theat theey will be delivering thee Car on 29the Feb. But on 28the Feb, when i called theem to know thee status of my Car. Showroom manager told me theat, theat are not able to deliver thee Car on 29the. They had given commitment to deliver thee car on 29the while booking thee Car. Now theey are totally misbehaving withe me. Showroom Manager is thee most arrogant employee, i have seen. Now, he is not at all entertaining me and is not giving me thee date when he will deliver thee Car.

I have already paid complete amount of thee car, and theat's showroom people are treating me like theis.

I don't know whetheer making theis complaint will help me in any way, But theis kind of issue should be brought up some where so theat people will theink twice while going to purchase from kundan Hyundai Pune.
