This is my second complaint letter to your company about my bike. I have already sent a mail to your company about this problems but I didn’t receive any mail or phone call from your company for my previous complaint. If I didn’t receive further response from your company, I will have to do the following mentioned below.

My bike number is TN-05 A J-5701.

It was emitting white smoke. I have complained to the service center about this problem but they are not giving proper response to me and they are solving the problem only temporarily. Again after one or two days the same problem seems to happen. Because of this I am dissatisfied with your service to customer and I am mentally disturbed. Please solve my problem immediately. Else I have to file a complaint with the Consumer Court as under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.

I also have problems like

1). Emitting White Smoke,

2). Switches doesn't work properly for indicators, dim and dip problem,

3). Sound while up shifting, downshifting the gears and

4). Starting problem in kicker start and

5). Vibration in tail lamp.
