It is intimated that i have renewed my two wheeler policy on 13/12 with my icici credit card through toll free customercare executive.. Till my renewal policy letter or bond paper not received. I am facing very deficulty to drive my two wheeler in my chennai city with out insurance note. My policy number payment mode details & vehicle number also given below for your kind reference. Vide your policy No; 3005/53100684/03/000 date of expired on : 13/12. Payment. Rs.668/- mode by icici credit card through customer care executive Mr Lakshikanth (Emp No:15253) on 13/12 . Vide your E cover note Number is 3005/W-5399510/00/000.
