MANUFACTURE DEFECT AND POOR SERVICE

I bought TATA INDIGO eCS LX on 28 july and was send for first service on 25 august by 9.30am. R.F.Motors, TATA service centre at Alappuzha, Kerala got it serviced back by 1pm. On delivery I noticed that AC was not working, so I returned the vehicle. I was told that a hole in the tube caused leakage of gas. I was also told that vehicle will be delivered next day itself. When I telephoned next day they told spare parts are not available and had to come from Cochin (just 60 KM from Alappuzha) and will be delivered on 27 august. I telephoned them few hours before, it was said that spare part has not came and vehicle will be delivered on 29 august only. A simple problem that can be corrected in half an hour had taken 120 long hours.

As a customer this was not expected from a prestigious, professional company and their network.
