Horrible transit services

Was traveling by jet airways to kaulalampur from mumbai on 10th June 07. I was traveling by business class. I was given mumbai-chennai-kaulalampur routing. When flight landed in chennai, there was no announcement on what should transit passengers do. I inquired and landed into the international airport at 7.45 p.m. There was not a soul of jet airways staff. I dialed the mumbai customer service who gave me few chennai numbers. I tried some numbers of their chennai office and i could not connect to single number. I was left sitting there taking mosquito bites. The staff arrived at 8.45 and they said they were sorry and gave me lounge card and immigration slip. I landed in the lounge at 9 p.m. and there was no rest room in the lounge.

Wondering if this is how business class is treated... god save the economy class passengers who may be on board... they will have to bear the mosquitoes for 4 hours...
