Dec - I gave my maruti 800 regn no DL6CH1079 at Ali and Sons Koramangla 4th block, Bangalore for a routine check and repair, change of break oils and allignment. An advance of 10000/- was given to them (Have proofs for the same). There was no job card given as the garage was just opp to my place of stay then. After a lot of dilly dallying the repair was taking too long. At this point I changed my residense from 4th to 8th block. Oct I was told that the car is ready and I can come and take it. On reaching the spot I learned that the owners have split and my contact person Mr Amin 9844041126 is not traceable. After a lot of search (since I work in Icici lombard Insurance company) we got a hang of him and he gave us a story of some medical issues he was having. The promise again was to give me the car back. A year later I still have not got the delivery of the car and Amin is still sitting on his old fake promises.
3 years I have just paid the EMIs for charity and have unfortunately come in contact with a fraud. Absolutely frustrated at the happening my only req to the Forum is can you help me get my car back or atleast get me a lump sum settlement based on 2001 model Maruti 800.I am hopeful that the Forum will bring the fraudulent to task and ensure the same is not meted out to customers. Awaiting!
