WIt is been month I applied for refund of my E-Ticket but still I have not received. Moreover whenever called customer care they assured that executive will talk to you today or tomorrow but tomorrow never came. I am surprised that such a big airline and careless, lie and ignorent attitude towards the customer who is running here and there for the refund. I mailed many times to the [email protected], [email protected] who is looking in to the matter but all in vain.the whole scenario is so annoying that in future we cannot think of boarding the kingfisher airline. Below giving the details. Flight was from Dubai to Delhi 13/06 at 10.40 PM. And the cancellation was made the same night. Payment wad made through Debit card. There is a problem with finance department. So please keep a strict check so that customer should not feel cheated
