Dear sir,
I am swayamprabha from kollam, kerala state. I had booked an Alto LXI
nonmetallic white model car at my nearest showroom, popular vehicles and
services ltd, S.N.College junction, kollam-691001 on 07-12.I was
attracted by the special offer from maruti for the month of december
and did the payment at the showroom on 28-12.
But after accepting the total payment from me as per their invoice the
sales executive of the showroom told me that the vehicle of my choice is not
available.he asked me to change my option to some other expensive models
like metallic colour, K-10 series etc.since I was very specific about my
requirement I had to argue to convince them about my choice.
Then they replied in a very casual manner that the vehicle which was
arranged against my booking had failed the predespatch inspection and in
such cases there is no other choice. *They did not refund the amount paid by
me*, rather they encashed the cheque and *credited it to their account* and
asked me to wait untill next consignment comes, the date of which they were
not at all sure.
Also they refused to give any assurance regarding the validity of the
limited time offer nor regarding the price of the vehicle at the time of
their delivery later. It was already informed to me that the price of the
vehicle will be increased, and the special offer will get cancelled by
january.so I will have to pay the additional amount if I get the
vehicle after December for which they were not ready to take any
liability.
Now I am waiting with an uncertain mind set regarding the same which has
created a lot of mental stress and distraction in my official work and
family life.
so I request you to please help me out of this situation ensuring justice.
