Ody paint is coming out

I am using Honda-city Car from last 5 yrs but from 1 yr i am watching that body paint is getting damage as there is some problem in manufacturing.and from one side it toatlly came out and from there there is big hole from ut side to inside,

I never think of this kind of image from your side. I contacted your dealer. they took photographs & told us to they will contact their Head Office i.e Hondamotors & will solve the problem. I waited fo. But they did not solved the problem. so kindly help me out and give the solution.
