We have booked the Mahindra scarpio VLX on 6-5 an paid in advance of rupees 50000.00 (fifty thousand) only in the shape of cheque No=16268626 and they promised me that we will delivered the scarpio on 24-5, but on 24-5 they did't delivered the car instead of that they said that we will delivered the car on 6-6.After that I told them please give me in written that we will delivered the car on the said date, on this the manager of the said firm misbehave with me and return the said amount back in the shape of cheque No=032797 of State bank Of India Dated =26-5.
The said dealer never deliver the car on the promised time which is never beneficent for the company and for the customers, so we request your good-self to take an immediate action against the delaer and provide me the car within the no time.
