Non delivery of LPG on time

Dear Sir,

I oblige to say that the M/s Bharat Gas is very bigger name in the market but some dealers like Anand Gas Agency applying black ink on the name. They delay to dispatch the cylinder by minimum 5 to 10 day and many time more and we face the increased booking date too due to delay to dispatch the cylinder.

In this month of October'11 i booked my cylinder on 24.10.2011 by online gas booking reference is 14114794 and consumer no is 5496, today is 29.10.2011 but i have not received any cylinder at all.

Please do the needful at earliest because of i am in need of it, in black it will be very costly.
