Maruti Alto LXi
No response and bad service

I have got a pre-approved car loan sanctioned from my bank. I tried to contact them several times, but they were simply saying that some one will get in touch with me sooner but none contacted. please request the concerned authority at DD motors Mayapuri, New Delhi. Maruti company is the biggest car company in this country and such a gap in service.
