I had lost my baggage on airdeccan and from last six months there has been no response from them. I think they should change the airline name to AIRDACOIT...

There official policy is as follows:

Air Deccan usually ensures that the baggage is traced in 2 days and handed over to the passenger. In the event of loss or damage to the baggage, Air Deccan will compensate the passenger at Rs 450/- per kilo, provided, loss of baggage has been reported to the airline, prior to leaving the airport on the day of the loss and if not traced within 7 days. Air Deccan is not liable for any damage or loss of hand baggage.
