Service issue, New Un-used spare wheel changed

Dear sir, I purchased a new car Maruti Alto LXI from them on 23rd July. On second free service on 23rd January my spare wheel from boot was changed which I informed them on 27th January after realizing at the time of changing the wheel when it got punctured. I made several calls to them to check this but in vain. Finally, one of the customer care officer name Bhavna called me to their office and forced me to take back my complaint by saying that the spare wheel was not changed but it was rotated after the wheel balancing was done. But my spare wheel was absolutely new and un used. This clearly made me understand that my wheel was changed by their service department staff either intentionally or unintentionally but ultimately I m at great loss. When I was trying to explain Mr. Sethi and Ms. Bhavna the same, they were not at all listening to me and told me to lodge a case and they are ready to face any consequences. Sir this is a very serious matter, I request your support to me in this regard. I requested them to give me their CEO's, Mr. Rajiv Gambir's mobile number but they refused, this also clearly indicates their intention.
