I gave my Alto car to Kap for accidental repair and service. They first outrightly denied to admit accidental repair although insurance is from them but on warning not o take policy any further they entertained. The approach of their staff Salauddin has been very irritating and indifferent as he hardly listened to me what I had to complaint about working of my car. Both in accidental repair work and service, my all complaints were not attended but charged heavily. I told not to change oil but they changed it to charge only. They are habitual of removing small accessories and tools like pana from the cars of general customers to please their near and dears. I am sufferer. I complained at the time of taking delivery as well subsequently but not heed was paid. They are befogging the customers in the name of Maruti. They do not deserve to be master services!!!
