Dear Sir I had booked ticket from NDLS to NCB for 06 Members in AC III tier under PNR no 2118679802 and 2218679035 on 30 Mar 11 for the journey on 22 Jun11.Due to domestic problems i had cancelled the tickets on same date of booking. On 31 Mar 11, i got the refund but, you charged fee of Rs 70/- per head instead of Rs 60/-. please clarify...
