Bought a swift in january the fit finish of the car needs a second look from maruti, the car rattled as i drove from the dealer M/s Mandovi Motors Mangalore to the temple for puja, and i lodged a complaint within 30 minutes of taking delivery about the body rattle. I was assured that it would be sorted out during the first service, the car has undergone all the 3 free services at the same dealer but the body rattle is yet to be sorted out, the service personnel at the dealer have tried their best to sort out the problem but have failed, the car has presently run 6400 kms, i think suzuki motors needs to look into these quality complaints and issues of customer dissatisfaction if it wants its subsidiary to be a global hub for small cars.
