Silencer sound

I bought Apache Fi 160 CC . while driving the bike at a speed of 60 KM the silencer is bursting and giving a bomb blasting sound. And also the indicator switch is not working properly. I gave many compalints in the showroom. Ramkay TVS Adyar. Chennai
