Money is deduucted from my account, but the money is not credited in my account

Hi I am Vijay,

when I am trying to book tickets for Tintin movie online on 12th Nov' payment processing got failed and the money is deduucted from my account. But the money is not credited in my account till now. Please take speedy action on this request and see that the money will be credited ASAP.
