I have movie money voucher which can be used in www.bookmyshow.com. The cluase is that the voucher has to be used 2 days in advance for booking. But in the website only the current day's and the next day's date will be open thereby which I am not able to use the voucher. It also has a clause that the validity is only for 60 days and in a month only twice can it be used. My one month offer is already gone because of this dates not opening and I can use it only for this month and then it will get expired. I was able to use the voucher only once and everytime I spoke to the customer care they spoke to me as if I am a fool. Maily 3 customer service officers (Shehnaz, Anish and Aqib).
It feels like they consider customers as fools. PLease request you to action on this issue so that this will not happen again to anyone.
