I have booked a tickets for 2 members in cinemax on July 26th. The order status is cancelled but still the amount is not refunded to my account back. I tried to call the number 022-65298416 which was given in the site cinemax.co.in. But it was saying "Switched Off". Please find the mail below which I got after booking my ticket.
