I tried to book tickets online at INOX, Bangalore on July 15 but the online transaction had failed. But my credit card was charged with an amount of Rs. 470. This transaction does NOT appear in my account at INOX website.
I have tried contacting through the email suggested by them on [email protected] and [email protected] but I have not received any response from them. I am not sure how this can be addressed now...
This is quite irresponsible and outrageous on part of INOX to leave consumers high and dry. They just lost one more customer.
I will approach the consumer court and see what can be done.
