I made online booking for my team at INOX. Website gave an error indicating that transaction is not completed. Again attempted the booking and got the same error. Incidentally both the times money got deducted from my credit card. and then also got double the tickets confirmed. After realising that the tickets have been booked twice, I requested for Cancellation and refund. INOX refuses give a refund. why should I bear the cost of an error of their website?? Consumer forum please help
