Per government norms, a theatre does provide INR 10 tickets for first two rows which isn't followed here. Also, the seating arrangements of the first few rows are very bad that the consumer has to strain in order to watch the movie. There are no emergency exits and one of the two exits are narrow ad has been occupied by construction material making it difficult for the commuter to exit.
