I am zaheerkhan, a very old custommer of bata .three months back i purchased five bataschoolbags from one of ur bata showroom which is placed at abids hyderabad, as i have already informed you that the bag's which you have given are of a very poor meterial ..that's why three of the bag's have been damaged .my childreen are facing lot of problem to go to school due to the damage of there batabag's.as i am a custommer since 30years to ur company, kindly my request to you is that replace the bag's as soon as possible.of bill no: dated:1-6/1/0153.
