I am Dhairyapalsinh Maharaul from baroda (Gujarat), It is a great unfortune for me to write a complaint for the well established and recognised oragnisation manufacturing shoes from a long period.
Recently I had purchase a shoes make lifelig on 12/01 bill no.12-01-11/1/0054 from BATA INDIA LTD, BATA SHOE STORE (564/02025), A/1 centre point, R.C.Dutt Road, Alkapuri, Baroda - 390 005 of Rs.1299.00.
The complaint regarding this is that the inner part cloth towards the back of the foot comes out as well the back side of the shoes iches on the foot, looking to the terms and conditions in the bill the warranty period was their I had gone to the shop and complaint to them about same, they had refused to change as i was asking for replacement but they had shown me the exchange policy in which it is written that the article should be returned unused, ok i agreed.
Than they told me that you live your shoes we will get repaired and give you back according to warranty policy.
But I regreat to inform that the delear had kept the shoes at his shop for more than 10 to 15 days, than i had to call them and ask them about the shoes, later they informed that it is ready you can come and collect.
At the time of collecting the shoes I was instructed that before wearing your shoes please put off your lace, I regret to say inspite of flowing the instruction given the same complaint is developed again.
Kindly help me and advice.
The exchange policy needs tobe revoked as unless someone were's the shoes or use the shoes how come he will know the problem in the shoe.
Please let me know what is tobe done, inspite i would like to inform you that this shoes are used for morning walk only, if i start using it on regular purpose what would happen?
These was a company shop not a dealer, the response is very bad after once the goods are sold.
