This complaint is in regard to Poor services after taking the advance money.
Company: Rohan Bhai Sherwani, Chandni Chowk, 295/2, Katra, Main Road, Chandani Chowk, New Delhi, Delhi - 110006.
I had visited this shop in the month of march for purchasing Sherwani, after viewing some sherwani i selected one sherwani. When we have asked the for price they demanded very high. when we were coming out from shop owner son said wait and then again he has given new price.
Due to urgency we have booked the same and given half of the total amount, Rohan has promised to deliver after 10 days.
On committed date we have reached there and when we have received our sherwani, we got amazed as that sherwani is not having that work what we have selected and mr. rohan was not ready to listen a single word.
Lot of verbal quarrel happened related to sherwani material. As total stuff was different what we have selected and not found the sherwani as per committments given by Rohan Sherwani.
Alongwith that Saares what we have selected was got stretchable marks after washing. They have not listened the single word.
My request you to all is that don't choose that shop to purchase anything. As my wife had very bad experience with that shop.
