I Placed the order for Rs.1523.30. I received a DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND AFTER REPEATED REQUESTS AND CALLS AND AFTER ABOUT 3 WEEKS, THE RETURN PICKUP WAS MADE. THE REP TOLD ME THAT I WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT. BUT TO MY SHOCK, I WAS GIVEN STORE CREDIT FOR ONLY Rs.1023.30? The discount code that I used for the same WAS NOT RECREDITED TO the SAME ORDER.
I was told that I NEED TO WASTE ANOTHER 1000rs to get the 500 rs discount. Then I told them, that i was promised several times by your reps that I WILL GET FULL AMT AS STORE CREDIT... and if thats not possible, refund the amount that i paid to my credit card. They say that it was company policy and hence not possible.
IF IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE THEN WHY DO THEY SAY THAT THEY WILL GIVE FULL AMT AS STORE CREDIT IN THE FIRST PLACE??? THEY PROMISE SOMETHING AND THEN CHEAT YOU.
PLEASE BE BEWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.
