I have a very bad customer service experience with big bazaar, i & my family will never go to big bazaar in future
Yesterday i have purchased few items from big bazaar Sahara mall Gurgaon, the cashier and the packer cheated us
they scan all the items and took the bill of amount 1170/- rs from me and provide the sealed poly thin containing the items purchased by me, when we came home and open the sealed poly thin we got one item missed in it that is a ladies suit of r Rs 249.50, today we went to big bazaar to find our missed suit on the lost item helpdesk, one lady was there named Shikha behaved very rude to us, she didn't checked the covered of lost items and told to us "Ab kuchh nahi ho sakta, aap ja sakte hain yaha aapka kuchh nahi chhuta"
Please help us, we are from a medium class family, 250 rs are a lot to us we need our purchased product or our money refund

How can i bear the Rs 250/- loss, please provide our purchased product or refund our money...
If i'll not receive any response from your side, i'll never go in BIG BAZAAR and also inform about this customer cheating style to all our family & Friends...
