This is a cheating company with pathetic customer service and worthless products.
I got lured by offer on Times of india low price of the day offer and wasted 4000 rs. It was perl set and bracelet (total 25 set) kind of offer, which I thought to present my wife on her birthday. First, the order was delivered after 1.5 months, that too after 20-30 follow up and numerous hour on phone. secondly the order was having missing items. 3rd, the items were old and rusted.
On contacting they say that they do not have any control on the item quality as it is sent by some hyderabad based merchant. If these people are working as mediator and advertising product, then any complaint should be looked into. In this regard at least rediff shopping is better, at least they show customer rating for any specific merchant. Also, they show all the comments and feedback. Beware of these kind of site. I have decided never to go for online shopping, as my very first one is a sore one.
