On 25th March I went and purchased a pair of Gents Sandals (Article No: 1302, Price: 1300/-, Invoice No: 5496) from Bruno Manetti based at GB - 12, Sector - 15 A, Ansal Plaza (Crown Plaza), Faridabad PH: 0129 - 4003911. Very soon after the purchase on 29th March a plastic buckle of one of the sandal came out.
As I am a professional so I did not get the time to go to the shop on the same day, very next day I went to the shop and showed the problem to the retailer on which he said you are the only customer who is facing this issue although other people are not facing any problem with the quality of the product on contrary I saw that one other customer was also complaining about his product. He told me that we will get it repaired and will provide you the repaired product soon.
After 4 days, I got my product repaired. On 12th April, I again faced the same issue and this time for the other sandal plastic buckle came out. On 13th April, I went to the shop again and showed the same problem and this time I asked for the replacement as I was getting problems again and again with the product. This time retailer very amusingly told me that we are really surprised how its happening with you. I told him that please get a replacement for this product as it don't seems to be fine in terms of quality. He told me "Sir, Is baar aap metal ke buckle fit krwa lo woh to kabhi nhin tootenge" which means "Sir, this time get metal buckle fitted because they will not come out" on which I denied saying that the metal product will catch rust soon and its not safe also. He said I will try for the replacement and I will let you know soon.
Today is 19th April and uptill now I did not get any response from the retailer end. Today when I called him, someone answered the call in a very rude manner and replied that replacement is not possible. I asked for some senior then he gave me the number for Mr. Arvinder: 9212044321 stating that he is the franchise owner. When I called him he told me that "I have recently purchased a LG TV and it has some problem now so what should I do, shall I tell them to replace the product. Sir you are talking nuisance and its not possible to replace the product and do whatever you want to do but the replacement is not possible".
After seeing this kind of a behavior from such a reputed brand, I got a set back and decided to escalate the matter to Consumer Voice which I think is the best option to get the issue resolved. As lot of my friends suggested me Consumer Voice as the awesome option to get my complaint resolved in no time.
