Dear sir, i have booked my domestic luggage books, utensils.mixer, and my dresses by Indian railway from mathura (utterperdesh) to sitapur railway station on dated 29/11 by mathura patna express train no 3238 workers have loaded my luggage in front of me train SLR NO 98747 but those bundles of domestic luggage is not delivered yet at sitapur. Sir i am suffering from very pathetic conditions, even i have complained in NER cell gorakhpur but did not get aany reply . so i therefore request you please kind pay attention on it and help me. thank you.
